Our hogs are raised in the most natural environment possible with plenty of access to sunshine, space to root and roam, and fed high quality feed. Meat is priced at $5.50/lb (hanging weight) and is offered at half or whole hog.
Estimated hanging weight is 200-220 pounds.
Reservation required including signed contract and $100 deposit per order.

Our butcher, Lookout Mountain Meats, is located in Twisp, WA and handles all processing including cut, wrap, smoking, curing, and seasoning. Butcher is paid separately. Additional costs are added at time of butcher and are dependent on individual preferences/requests. Estimated costs of butcher for a whole hog is roughly $300.
We cover transportation to and from the butcher and your finished pork can be picked up at TumbleRoot Ranch where final payments are collected.
Finished pork will be ready late October/early November.
